The conditions for using the Internet Speed Test operated by Mion.

These terms apply to the Internet Speed Test operated by Mion in the Republic of Korea. Please review these terms before using the service. If you do not accept them, do not start a measurement.

The service measures download speed, upload speed, and latency observed between the current browser and a measurement server. Guides and frequently asked questions provide general information for interpreting results.

A result describes one browser-to-server path at a particular time. It does not establish an internet provider's contractual service level, diagnose a network fault, certify equipment, or guarantee performance for another service or purpose. Compare repeated results and contact the relevant provider when a formal diagnosis is needed.

The service is provided without an account or saved measurement history. Availability and results depend on the user's device, browser, network, measurement service, and other external conditions. Mion does not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular result.

Use the service only on a device and network you are authorized to use. Do not attempt to disrupt or overload the service or its measurement providers, bypass technical restrictions, automate abusive requests, introduce malicious code, or present a result in a deceptive manner.

The service may display advertisements and link to third-party sites. Advertisements, linked content, and third-party services are controlled by their respective providers. A displayed advertisement is not an endorsement by Mion.

Mion may modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the service for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or provider-related reasons. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mion is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on a measurement, service interruption, or a third-party service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law or limits mandatory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes should first be discussed through contact@mion-space.dev and, if unresolved, will be handled by a court with jurisdiction under Korean law.
