How Mion and the service handle information.

Mion operates this service in the Republic of Korea and serves as its privacy officer. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to contact@mion-space.dev.

The service has no account or login and does not save measurement history. Results are displayed in the current browser session. The selected language is saved in the browser and can be removed through browser settings.

When you start a test, the browser exchanges measurement data directly with Cloudflare. Cloudflare receives connection information such as the IP address and network information and processes it under its privacy policy.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is used for aggregate page-view and performance statistics. Cloudflare states that this analytics service does not use cookies or retain visitor IP addresses.

Google AdSense is used to display and measure advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, IP addresses, device information, page visits, and ad interactions for ad delivery, fraud prevention, and measurement. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized according to your choices and applicable law.

If you email contact@mion-space.dev, Mion processes the information in the message to handle the inquiry. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.

Mion retains information only as long as needed for the stated purpose or a legal obligation and then deletes or anonymizes it. Cloudflare and Google may process information in countries where they or their service providers operate. Their privacy policies are available at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/ and https://policies.google.com/privacy.

You may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict information handled directly by Mion, or object to its processing, by contacting contact@mion-space.dev. Advertising choices can also be managed through the consent message shown where required and at https://myadcenter.google.com/. These rights may be limited where retention or processing is required by law.
